I grew up in the beautiful village of Llanberis, Snowdonia, surrounded by nature, adventure, and creativity. Those early experiences taught me resilience, self-reflection, and the importance of creating a calm, supportive environment, which are values that continue to shape both my life and my work today.

My fascination with human biology, healing, and wellbeing led me to achieve a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree in Acupuncture. Alongside my studies and professional experience, I have developed extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, skin health, and wound healing dynamics, deepening my understanding of the body’s remarkable ability to heal, regulate, and restore balance.

At Golden Era Clinic, I offer a personalised and holistic approach to wellbeing through treatments including acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, cryotherapy, and phototherapy. My treatments are designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing, helping clients with concerns such as pain, stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, migraines, sleep difficulties, skin health, and overall wellness.

My passion for skin health also comes from personal experience. Having struggled with acne and eczema for much of my life, I understand how deeply skin concerns can affect our confidence and emotional wellbeing. This journey led me to explore treatments such as phototherapy and develop a strong appreciation for supporting the skin in a way that respects its natural function, integrity, and healing processes. I also place importance on the use of chirally correct, medical-grade skincare products, which are formulated to be more biocompatible with the skin and support its ability to recognise, absorb, and respond effectively to active ingredients.

I believe self-care should be meaningful, empowering, and accessible rather than a luxury. Creating Golden Era Clinic was a dream: a warm, inclusive, and professional space where people from all walks of life can feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy yoga, swimming, travelling and socialising with friends. As a one-woman business, I value the trust my clients place in me and strive to provide thoughtful, personalised care to every person who walks through my door.
